Welcome to lakeview cottage by beautiful Elco Beach, newly renovated 2 BR + Sunroom, high-speed
internet, smart TV, Blu-ray, front & back covered deck, patio furniture, outdoor dining facilities, BBQ and
Firepit.
– Fully stocked kitchen essentials, all pans, pots and utensils, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
– Master BR with Queen bed, a room with twin-sized bunk beds, two Queen-size pull-out sofa
beds in the living room. Stunning lakeview from windows!
– Maximum 4 adults and 4 kids allowed, not suitable for 8 adults. (6 Adults max)
– Stunning views of Lake Erie from your porch or from living room or from Sunroom!!
– This cottage is located within Sherkston Shores 5-Star Resort, an amazing family getaway with
the kids. Our cottage is always clean and well maintained and is sure to impress.
– At night you can enjoy a campfire and roast some marshmallows.
– Our cottage is air-conditioned/heated.
– There is a full-size open kitchen with all the essentials.
– A back deck includes outdoor dining furniture and propane BBQ. A fully covered front deck with
brand new patio furniture welcomes you to enjoy your coffee or drink while winding down!
– Indoors you will feel right at home, with a large smart TV in the Sunroom area with smart Blu-
ray player Netflix enabled, a smart TV in the master bedroom, and private high-speed internet.
– All you need to bring is your food & beverages, toiletries, pillows, blankets, linens, and towels,
and any other personal items deemed necessary to enjoy your stay.
– For rainy days, we have lots of books and board games to entertain you!
– A deposit/cancellation fee is required.

Golf Cart:
A golf cart is available to rent – AT AN ADDITIONAL COST – Please message us for details.
A deposit/cancellation fee is required. Renter must sign a golf cart waiver.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the quarry and private beaches on Lake Erie. Restaurants, food trucks, arcade,
rock climbing, paddleboards, canoe rentals, and scuba diving, etc on-site (additional costs), and a well-
stocked convenience store. nondenominational church.
Fireworks every Saturday night in summer, concerts and live entertainment, basketball, pickleball and
tennis courts, skate park, 18-hole mini put.
Bracelets for the water park are available at the front desk for an additional cost, which gives you access
to the water slides (as our guest, you will get a special discounted rate), hot tub and heated pools, and
splash pad.
Golf cart rentals on-site from us or from the resort.
Rules:
– Must be over 25+ to rent, No smoking indoors and NO pets, no parties, or events.
– Available only Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday, or weekly with Monday or Friday check in.
– Only two cars are allowed maximum per stay.

* Must bring your own linens, towels, and toiletries.
* We provide a clean and sanitized place for you, and we request you to keep it clean during your stay
and clean before you leave.
* Sanitizers and cleaning products are stocked for your safety.
