- Resort charges $15/person ages 6+ yr for a registration fee.
- Funplex and water park passes are purchased at the Welcome centre.
- Minimum 3-night stay.
- Absolutely no smoking inside premises: If evidence of smoking is present – The security deposit will not be refunded and will be applied to cleaning fees.
- Must be 25+ to rent this property.
- Golf cart available to rent – must be 25+ yr with a valid driver’s license.
- $500 deposit to hold cottage and golf cart.
- Cottage must be paid in full 30 days prior.
- $500 deposit withheld if any damages to the cottage or golf cart.
- Check-in 3pm and check-out 11am.
- Cleaning fee is included in the price.
- Off Season months May, June ,Sept ,Oct . Nights as low as $87 a night with a minimum 2-night stay.
- Summer bookings: Mon to Mon or Fri to Fri and Fri to Mon or Mon to Fri. From $350/night to $450/night.
- Additional $150 for long weekends .
- Rentals longer than 5 days receive discount for golf cart.
