This 2-bedroom cottage has been updated and adding a new deck in 2022. Queen bed in main bedroom with mounted TV (with an additional TV in the main living room) Twin bunk beds in 2nd bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, sleeping 6 guests (maximum allowed).

- Full kitchen with new kitchenware and Keurig coffee maker for the comforts of home. Dedicated wifi, smart TV and Bluray/DVD player.
- Air conditioning/heat as well as a ceiling fan.
- Gas BBQ, firepit with seating as well as outdoor table and chairs.
- 5-minute walk to the funplex, restaurant, and quick golf cart ride to the main beach.
- Golf cart is included with your rental.
- We will clean and sanitize according to COVID protocols after every guest.
- **A $15/per person resort fee has been implemented by Sherkston Shores for ages 6+ and we will deduct it from your security deposit.
- ******Access to Funplex and other activities are the responsibility of the renter and are not included.
- Maximum 6 people and you must be over 25 years of age or older to rent.
- Valid ID required with 500.00 security deposit at time of booking. Balance of deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after inspection of property.
- Full payment due 2 weeks prior to stay.
Bookings are as follows
3 night minimum Monday – Friday (4 nights) or Friday – Monday (3 nights) (**long weekend please add 100.00)
