Welcome to Browns Beach House at 160 Wyldewood Beach Club in Sherkston Shores. This newly updated and fully equipped unit is ready for an amazing stay. We have lots of space for families with 3 bedrooms. One with a Queen bed. Two other bedrooms with bunk beds.
This is a 14’ wide unit so we have more square footage then most units in the area. Our kitchen includes and airfryer/toaster oven, Ninja Keurig coffee maker that also does full pots. It is a fully functioning kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you will need. The living room has an oversized La-Z-Boy sectional that is very comfortable for resting and even sleeping. We have 3 large TVs with streaming boxes to help you unwind after a day at the beach. There is private high-speed internet ready for your streaming services.
Browns beach house is air conditioned and heated, so you will be prepared for any type of weather. There is plenty of parking space, with a large corner lot property that is just steps from an amazing beach and as a bonus, enjoy the direct view of the lake from the cottage and porch. We boast a large, covered porch that has new patio furniture, BBQ, TV, dining table and Mus-koka chairs to enjoy the lake view. We have a private back yard with an amazing fireplace with a smokeless fire insert. Perfect for roasting marshmallows and creating memories that will last forever. We’d love to host your family in our immaculate lake-view cottage, fully renovated inside and out! We are conveniently located a minute’s walk to the beach and a few minutes to the fun plex.
A lifted 4-seat golf cart is included with all rentals (must be 25+ with a valid G license to operate).
2 bedrooms plus an add a room (queen in master, double/double bunk in the 2nd bedroom, queen and double sofa bed in the add a room) – 2 bathrooms – stocked kitchen with full size, stainless steel appliances (including fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser) – hot water on demand, AC/heat, electric fireplace -fully renovated interior with quartz throughout, all new furniture and mattresses – private high-speed wifi, 2 smart TV’s.
Two decks – one on the Mariner side with a small pub-style bistro set, the second, on the lake side, with a sunbrella conversation set – stone patio with Adirondack seating and firepit – propane BBQ, sand toys and beach chairs – paved driveways for 2 vehicles. Beach chairs and sand toys are available for your use.

– All you need to bring is your food & beverages, toiletries, pillows, blankets, linens, and towels, and any other personal items deemed necessary to enjoy your stay.
– For rainy days, we have lots of books and board games to entertain you!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the quarry and private beaches on Lake Erie. Restaurants, food trucks, arcade, rock climbing, paddleboards, canoe rentals, and scuba diving, etc on-site (additional costs), and a well-stocked convenience store. nondenominational church.
Fireworks every Saturday night in summer, concerts and live entertainment, basketball, pickleball and
tennis courts, skate park, 18-hole mini put.
Bracelets for the water park are available at the front desk for an additional cost, which gives you access to the water slides (as our guest, you will get a special discounted rate), hot tub and heated pools, and splash pad.
Rental Rates :
Low Season (May 1-May 22, Oct 1 – Oct 31) – $125/day,
Mid- Season: (May 22 – June 12, Sep 7 – Oct 1) – $150-$200/day,

Peak Season (June 12 – Sep 7): Mon-Fri or Fri-Mon (same rates): $1600 (including rental fees, cleaning fees, resort registration fees (up to 6 people), 4 passenger golf cart and all taxes)
$100 surcharge for long weekends
Custom dates/ days may be available on daily rates, minimum 2 nights stay required.
Additional Golf cart: $50/day low season/ mid-season, $70/day peak season.
(Maximum 8 people allowed, however, there will be additional $100 charge will apply if more than 6 people)

$ 500.00 to be returned after checkout pending inspection. To secure booking security deposit must be paid in full. Security deposit is non-refundable 10 days before date of arrival.
Full payment of rental is due 30 days before date of arrival.
If booking is less than 30 days of date of arrival full rental payment is due.
