- Full payment due 2 weeks prior to stay.
- Cancellations allowed up to 4 weeks prior to check in. Cancellations after that date will end up in forfeiture of full deposit. • Under extenuating circumstances, we try to re-rent the unit, but there is no guarantee that it will be rented.
