Peak Season: June 24th to Labour Day Monday. M-F $1400 / F-M $1350 / 7 nights with Monday or Friday check-in dates $2400
Low Season: May 1st to June 23rd and Labour Day Monday to October 31st. Nightly rates $200.
We offer our family cottage to your family and you must be 25 + to rent at Sherkston. Charming Private Rental located in Forest Grove, just up the street from the pools, waterslides, mini-put, sports complex, and supermarket/LCBO.
Come and be our guests in this fully updated and spacious 2-bedroom cottage that sleeps 6 comfortably. The primary bedroom has a full-size bed and the second bedroom is equipped with single-size bunk beds. The living area has a new sectional that converts to a full-size bed.
The unit also has a separate sun room which provides additional inside space. Our place has a new AC/Heat unit and a newly renovated bathroom. The outside space has a covered deck and another patio area with a propane BBQ and fire pit.
Our place is a non-smoking unit.
The kitchen is fully equipped (Gas stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, Keurig machine, pots, pans, cutlery, plates and cups). We offer cable TV and unlimited private WIFI (plus Sherkston provides free wifi throughout the park).
Linens and toiletries are NOT provided and are the responsibility of the guest.
4 Seater lifted Golf Cart is included – Drivers MUST be over 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. A copy can be requested in advance or on check-in date.
All bookings subject to: Sherkston Resort Fee of $10.00 per guest (ages 6+) over and above rental fee.
FUNPLEX passes (waterslides/pool, golf, etc) need to be purchased through Sherkston Shores Resort directly.
Payments via e-transfer.
Check in 3:00 pm / Check out 11:00 am.
At the time of reservation a deposit is required. At 30 days prior to your check-in date, the remaining balance plus a security and damage deposit of $500 are due.
Cancellation greater than 30 days prior to your check-in is fully refundable. Cancellations within 30 days of your check-in dates are subject to a fee of up to 75% of your rental price.
Security and damage deposits will be returned within 5 days after your check-out date provided you have left the cottage and or Golf Cart as received and there are no fines given by Sherkston Security during your stay.
