Welcome to Browns Beach House at 160 Wyldewood Beach Club in Sherkston Shores. This newly updated and fully equipped unit is ready for an amazing stay. We have lots of space for families with 3 bedrooms. One with a Queen bed. Two other bedrooms with bunk beds. This is a 14’ wide unit so we have more square footage then most units in the area. Our kitchen in-cludes and airfryer/toaster oven, Ninja Keurig coffee maker that also does full pots. It is a fully functioning kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you will need. The living room has an oversized La-Z-Boy sectional that is very comfortable for resting and even sleeping. We have 3 large TVs with streaming boxes to help you unwind after a day at the beach. There is private high-speed internet ready for your streaming services. Browns beach house is air conditioned and heated, so you will be prepared for any type of weather. There is plenty of parking space, with a large corner lot property that is just steps from an amazing beach and as a bonus, enjoy the direct view of the lake from the cottage and porch. We boast a large, covered porch that has new patio furniture, BBQ, TV, dining table and Mus-koka chairs to enjoy the lake view. We have a private back yard with an amazing fireplace with a smokeless fire insert. Perfect for roasting marshmallows and creating memories that will last forever. Immaculate lakeview beach house, offers comfortable and practical interior, enjoy the breeze and view of Lake Erie from the spacious lakeside deck with a partial hard top roof. Also offers a spacious, enclosed sunroom with extra seating for those rainy days and a queen size pull-out for additional sleeping. Cottage is a one-minute walk to sunset/wyldewood beach. Cottage is pet friendly for well trained dogs. Our beach house offers 2 bedrooms (Queen Size bed and double size bed) 2 pull-out sofa’s one in the living and one in the sunroom. Hot water on demand, new mini split system with AC/Heat unit in the sunroom and mini split AC/Heat in the main living area, ceiling fans in living room and master bedroom, wall fan in double bedroom for extra comfort. Unlimited private highspeed wifi, with Cogeco Cable, smart TV’s for streaming movies, music and your favorite apps, 1 additional TV in the master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig machine, toaster, blender and kettle. Outdoor patio furniture with propane BBQ (refills included) Fire pit with chairs on lakeside. Lifted 4-seater Golf Cart is included with rental fees. You will need to bring bed sheets and pillowcases, towels and dish towels, toilet paper, paper towels, food, coffee/tea, beach chairs & beach toys.
Absolutely, NO smoking/vaping inside the cottage. Must be 25yrs to rent and have a valid drivers license. Rental rates include cleaning and sherkston registration fees. Water park passes are purchased through the welcome center. Laundry facilities, grocery Store, LCBO, restaurant and food trucks are all located near the funplex area.
$500 deposit to hold cottage and golf cart is required. Cottage to be paid in full 30 days prior to check in. Full Refund will be returned if cancelled 30 days prior to check in. Partial Refund will be given for less then 30 days cancellation notice. $500 deposit will be held back if there are any damages to cottage or golf cart.

Our kitchen includes a microwave and Keurig coffee maker and is a fully functioning kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you will need. The living room has a sofa bed. The living room also has a Roku TV to stream your subscriptions and to help you unwind after a day at the beach. There is private high-speed internet ready for your streaming services. The cottage is air-conditioned and heated, so you will be prepared for any weather. There are parking spaces for two vehicles directly in front of the cottage. We boast a large, covered porch with patio furniture, BBQ, dining table and loungers to enjoy the sun. We have a fireplace for roasting marshmallows and creating memories that will last forever.
