• **A $15/per person resort fee has been implemented by Sherkston Shores for ages 6+ and we will deduct it from your security deposit.
• ******Access to Funplex and other activities are the responsibility of the renter and are not included.
• Maximum 6 people and you must be over 25 years of age or older to rent.
• Valid ID required with 500.00 security deposit at time of booking. Balance of deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after inspection of property.
• Full payment due 2 weeks prior to stay.

Low Season: May 1st to June 23rd and Labour Day Monday to October 31st. Nightly rates $200.

We offer our family cottage to your family and you must be 25 + to rent at Sherkston. Charming Private Rental located in quaint Gulliver’s Landing between the FunPlex (pools, waterslides, mini-putt, sports complex, and supermarket/LCBO) and Wyldewood Beach.

• Come and be our guests in this fully updated and spacious 1 bedroom cottage that sleeps 5 comfortably.
• The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed and the living area has a queen and twin size pullout.
• Our place is a non-smoking unit.
• The kitchen is fully equipped (Gas stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, Keurig machine, pots, pans, cutlery, plates and cups). We offer cable TV and unlimited private WIFI (plus Sherkston provides free wifi throughout the park).
• Linens and toiletries are NOT provided and are the responsibility of the guest.
• 4-seater lifted Golf Cart is included – Drivers MUST be over 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. A copy can be requested in advance or on the check-in date.
• All bookings are subject to: a Sherkston Resort Fee of $10.00 per guest (ages 6+) over and above rental fee.
• Passes (waterslides/pool, golf, etc) need to be purchased through Sherkston Shores Resort directly.
• Payments via e-transfer.
• Check in 3:00 pm / Check out 11:00 am.At the time of reservation a deposit is required. At 30 days prior to your check-in date, the remaining balance plus a security and damage deposit of $500 are due. Cancellation greater than 30 days prior to your check-in is fully refundable. Cancellations within 30 days of your check-in dates are subject to a fee of up to 75% of your rental price.

  Security and damage deposits will be returned within 5 days after your check-out date provided you have left the cottage and or Golf Cart as received and there are no fines given by Sherkston Security during your stay
