Wyldewood is a beautiful, gated community with a gorgeous sandy beach. Our 46’ deck offers great lake views and beach access is right across the road. There are no rear neighbours, a fire pit and barbecue are on site. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary small appliances, a queen bedroom, bunk room and a queen pullout. Guests need to bring their toiletries, paper products and bedding, towels. Max 6 guests.  Pets are allowed with the owner’s consent.

A golf cart is included, must be 25 yrs old with a valid driver’s license.

Fun passes are not included but can be purchased at the Welcome Center. Sherkston requires each renter to register with a fee.

We require a 500.00 security deposit refundable after inspection of golf cart and unit.
And a 500.00 deposit at the time of booking will secure your time, balance due 30 days before booking date.

Welcome to Browns Beach House at 160 Wyldewood Beach Club in Sherkston Shores. This newly updated and fully equipped unit is ready for an amazing stay. We have lots of space for families with 3 bedrooms. One with a Queen bed. Two other bedrooms with bunk beds. This is a 14’ wide unit so we have more square footage then most units in the area. Our kitchen in-cludes and airfryer/toaster oven, Ninja Keurig coffee maker that also does full pots. It is a fully functioning kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you will need. The living room has an oversized La-Z-Boy sectional that is very comfortable for resting and even sleeping. We have 3 large TVs with streaming boxes to help you unwind after a day at the beach. There is private high-speed internet ready for your streaming services. Browns beach house is air conditioned and heated, so you will be prepared for any type of weather. There is plenty of parking space, with a large corner lot property that is just steps from an amazing beach and as a bonus, enjoy the direct view of the lake from the cottage and porch. We boast a large, covered porch that has new patio furniture, BBQ, TV, dining table and Mus-koka chairs to enjoy the lake view. We have a private back yard with an amazing fireplace with a smokeless fire insert. Perfect for roasting marshmallows and creating memories that will last forever. Be our guest in our immaculate lake-view cottage, beautifully renovated with your convenience in mind.  Located a minute’s walk to the beach and a few minutes to the Funplex.

A lifted 4-seat golf cart is included with all rentals (must be 25+ with a valid G license to operate).

Two bedrooms, one bathroom.  Queen in the Master, Twin/Twin bunks in the 2nd bedroom and a queen-sized pull-out sofa in the living room.  Quartz throughout, endless hot water, air conditioning/heat, private high-speed wifi, and 2 smart TVs for your streaming services.

A permanent hardtop roof partially covers our massive deck, spanning the length of the trailer.  Offering lake views, the deck has a rattan sectional, a patio dining set for 6, and a propane BBQ.  There is a stone firepit with built-in seating and a private paved driveway for two vehicles.  Beach chairs and sand toys are onsite and available for your use.

Our rentals are M-F, F-M, or weekly, and weekly check-in on Mondays or Fridays.  We may be able to accommodate Monday-Saturday or Monday-Sunday, inquire via email.

Enjoy this 3-bedroom, spacious rental that’s just a one-minute walk to Sunset/Wyldewood Beach! This beautiful, peaceful cottage has plenty of space to relax, with 2 decks, a barbeque, an extended living area, and plenty of space to sleep with beds for up to 6 people. There are also two fold-down sofa beds for additional sleeping. You’ll feel right at home in the modern, recently renovated kitchen area.
It’s a stone’s throw to the lake, or hop in the golf cart and it’s a short ride to the central Funplex! The cottage has three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a full-size bed and the two bedrooms each have two single-size bunk beds. Hot and cold water, and a new AC/heat pump in the main living area, with ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom.
