We’ve equipped this cottage with all that you need to have a great time, whether it’s wifi, a smart tv, cable, a Keurig coffee maker, or a BBQ, you will find it here. Enjoy the outdoors at the pool, the beach, or stargaze at night & roast marshmallows around the fire pit in the backyard. We would love to host you & we know you will have an amazing time! Our cottage has a queen bed in master, double bed in 2nd room, and twin bunk bed in 3rd room. There is a also a pull out sofa in the living room. We are centrally located with Quarry Beach, Elco Beach, and Funplex just minutes away. You can enjoy the firepit at night with the Muskoka chairs in the backyard.
- You will have access to an electric lifted golf cart that seats 4. It has seatbelts in the back to ensure the young ones are safe.
- The pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, soccer field arcade, waterpark, kids funplex, beaches and live entertainment on the weekends on the resort are all available for your enjoyment.
- Renters will have to sign a contract that we will email you after your booking. This is a requirement to rent the cottage and golf cart. We will also need the names, ages of all guests and the drivers license of the person operating the golf cart.
- Minimum age to rent the unit is 25 years.
- Please note that access to the waterpark requires passes that can be purchased at the resort.
- There is a $17 per person (above 5 years of age) mandatory resort fee charged by Sherkston.

Welcome to our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, cozy family cottage located one-minute walk to Sunset Beach! You can enjoy plenty of comfortable, relaxing space on the covered front deck or under the newly built back gazebo. The ample lot (can accommodate four cars) offers a large space for outdoor games and a stone fire pit for a bonfire. Each bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom. The living area (add-a-room) has two extensible double sofa beds and a loveseat recliner. There are two new AC/heat splits in the living room and kitchen, as well as ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Keurig machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. Unlimited private high-speed WiFi and smart TV.
Outdoor patio furniture and propane BBQ (one refill included). Beach chairs included.
On-premises: coin laundromat, variety/grocery store, LCBO, restaurant and food trucks.

If we receive notice of cancellation 30 days or less prior to your check-in date, we will refund you all monies paid, minus a $700.00 cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, no monies will be refunded, no exceptions.
All bookings made less than 30 days of the check-in date require the full rental fee before your arrival. The damage deposit of $500.00 is due 7 days before your arrival.
