Welcome to our 2-bedroom two, 2-bathroom, cozy family cottage located one-minute walk to Sunset Beach! You can enjoy plenty of comfortable, relaxing space on either the covered front deck or under the newly built back gazebo. The ample lot (which could accommodate four cars) offers a large space for outdoor games and a stone fire pit for a bonfire. Each bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom. The living area (add-room) has two extensible double sofa beds and a loveseat recliner. There are two new AC/heat splits in the living room and kitchen and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Keurig machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. Unlimited private high-speed WiFi and smart TV. Outdoor patio furniture and propane BBQ (one refill included). Beach chairs included. On premises: coin laundromat, variety/grocery store, LCBO, restaurant and food trucks.

  • Included: 4-seater golf cart (must be 25+ with a valid G license to operate)
  • No smoking or vaping inside the cottage.
  • No party.
  • Sorry, no pets.
  • Must be 25+ years to rent and have a valid driver’s license. Rental rates include cleaning and Sherkston park registration fees.
  • You can purchase Water park passes at the welcome center.
  • Not Included: bed sheets, pillows/pillowcases, blankets, towels (bath and beach), dish towels, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/tea, and toiletries.
  1.  $500 deposit to reserve cottage and golf cart is required.
  2. Cottage to be paid in full 30 days prior to check in. If we receive written notice of cancellation a minimum of 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund you all monies paid, minus a $500.00 cancellation fee.
  3. If we receive notice of cancellation 30 days or less prior to your check-in date, we will refund you all monies paid, minus a $700.00 cancellation fee.
  4. If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, no monies will be refunded, no exceptions.
  5. All bookings made less than 30 days of the check-in date require the full rental fee before your arrival. The damage deposit of $500.00 is due 7 days before your arrival.

Peak Season: July 7 – September 1, 2025:

  • Monday to Friday $1280;
  • Friday to Monday $1350;
  • Full week $2500.
  • Not available June 27-July 1 (per Sherkston policy).
  • Add $100 for long weekends.
  • Off season (June and September):
  • Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday $800;
  • full week $1000.
