Maximum 8 guests per site.
Renters will not be allowed any guests.

All bookings are subject to the following fees:

• $500. Security deposit –
• $ 500. to be returned within 48 hours of checkout pending inspection.
• To secure a booking, the security deposit must be paid in full.
• Security deposit is non-refundable 10 days before the date of arrival.
• Full payment of rental is due 30 days before date of arrival.
• If booking is less than 30 days of date of arrival full rental payment is due.
