Enjoy this 3-bedroom, spacious rental that’s just a one-minute walk to Sunset/Wyldewood Beach! This beautiful, peaceful cottage has plenty of space to relax, with 2 decks, a barbeque, an extended living area, and plenty of space to sleep with beds for up to 6 people. There is also a fold-down sofa bed for additional sleeping. You’ll feel right at home in the modern, recently renovated kitchen area.
It’s a stone’s throw to the lake, or hop in the golf cart and it’s a short ride to the central Funplex! The cottage has three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a full-size bed and the two bedrooms each have two single-size bunk beds. Hot and cold water, and a new AC/heat pump in the main living area, with ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom.
Unlimited private high-speed WiFi with Cogeco cable and streaming box in the living room and master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with two coffee machines (drip and Keurig), microwave, toaster, blender and kettle, along with full-sized refrigerator and gas stove + oven.
Outdoor patio furniture with propane BBQ (refills included). Fire pit with chairs on the lake side with wood included.
4-seater golf cart is included with rental fees, as are beach chairs.
You will need to bring bed sheets and pillowcases, bath/beach towels, food, coffee/tea and other beverages.  (At least one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper are provided.)
No smoking or vaping inside the cottage.  No pets without prior approval.
Must be 25+ years to rent and have a valid driver’s license (park rules).
Rental rates include cleaning and use of golf cart, barbeque and other amenities.  Municipal tax (4%) and park entry fees (currently $15+HST per person) are extra.
Water park passes can be purchased through the welcome center.
Laundry facilities, grocery store, LCBO, restaurant and food trucks are all located near the Funplex area.
$500 deposit to reserve cottage is required.
Cottage to be paid in full 30 days prior to check in. Minimum 50% refund will be returned if cancelled 30 days prior to check in (more can be refunded depending on ability to rent cancelled dates). Partial refund can be given for less then 30 days cancellation notice (depending on ability to rent cancelled dates).
Peak Season (last full week of June to Labour Day weekend:
Monday to Friday $1,695; Friday to Monday $1,595; Full week $2,795.  Add $100 for holiday long weekends
Off-Season:
May:  $195 per day, except Victoria Day holiday weekend ($745 Friday – Monday)
June (first 3 weeks):  $245 per day
September (after Labour Day):  $195 per day
October:  $145 per day
Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 10 AM
