This vacation home is big enough for the whole family and is a 2-minute walk from the centre of everything.
(If needing multiple cottages close together, we back on to 115 & 116 Forest Grove rentals)
The main cottage is 480ft² plus an additional 220ft² sunroom for a total of 700ft² of living space. Exterior 175ft² of the covered deck with patio dining table and chairs. Cozy 68ft² covered deck at the back with chairs and coffee table

We’d love to host your family in our immaculate lake-view cottage, fully renovated inside and out! We are conveniently located a minute’s walk to the beach and a few minutes to the fun plex.
A lifted 4-seat golf cart is included with all rentals (must be 25+ with a valid G license to operate).
2 bedrooms plus an add a room (queen in master, double/double bunk in the 2nd bedroom, queen and double sofa bed in the add a room) – 2 bathrooms – stocked kitchen with full size, stainless steel appliances (including fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser) – hot water on demand, AC/heat, electric fireplace -fully renovated interior with quartz throughout, all new furniture and mattresses – private high-speed wifi, 2 smart TV’s.
Two decks – one on the Mariner side with a small pub-style bistro set, the second, on the lake side, with a sunbrella conversation set – stone patio with Adirondack seating and firepit – propane BBQ, sand toys and beach chairs – paved driveways for 2 vehicles. Beach chairs and sand toys are available for your use.
Terms: 25+ to book (if not travelling as a family, everyone on the reservation must be over age 25)

Enjoy this 3-bedroom, spacious rental that’s just a one-minute walk to Sunset/Wyldewood Beach! This beautiful, peaceful cottage has plenty of space to relax, with 2 decks, a barbeque, an extended living area, and plenty of space to sleep with beds for up to 6 people. There are also two fold-down sofa beds for additional sleeping. You’ll feel right at home in the modern, recently renovated kitchen area.
It’s a stone’s throw to the lake, or hop in the golf cart and it’s a short ride to the central Funplex! The cottage has three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a full-size bed and the two bedrooms each have two single-size bunk beds. Hot and cold water, and a new AC/heat pump in the main living area, with ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom.
Unlimited private high-speed WiFi with (basic) Cogeco cable and streaming box in the living room and master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with two coffee machines (drip and Keurig), microwave, toaster, blender and kettle.
Outdoor patio furniture with propane BBQ (refills included). Fire pit with chairs on the lakeside with wood included.
4-seater golf cart is included with rental fees, as are beach chairs.
You will need to bring bed sheets and pillowcases, towels and dish towels, toilet paper, paper towels, food, coffee/tea & beach toys.
No smoking or vaping inside the cottage. No pets without prior approval.
Must be 25+ years to rent and have a valid driver’s license.
Rental rates include cleaning and use of golf cart, barbeque and other amenities. Park entry fees are extra (currently $15+HST per person).
Water park passes are purchased through the welcome center.
Laundry facilities, grocery Store, LCBO, restaurant and food trucks are all located near the Funplex area.
$500 deposit to hold cottage and golf cart is required.
Cottage to be paid in full 30 days prior to check in. Minimum 50% refund will be returned if cancelled 30 days prior to check in (more can be refunded depending on ability to rent cancelled dates). Partial refund can be given for less then 30 days cancellation notice (depending on ability to rent cancelled dates).
Peak Season: June 27 – September 5:
Monday to Friday $1280;
Friday to Monday $1350;
Full week $2500.
Off-season:
Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday $700;
Full week $1000.
Add $100 for Holiday long weekends
