- Cleaning fee $100 (mandatory) will be taken off of the security deposit of $500.
Must be 25 or older to rent.
Golf Cart not included.
Renters must register at Welcome Centre for parking pass and park pass.
Guests are not permitted visitors.

There is a security deposit of $500 to be paid right away. This will save your desired vacation time slot and is also used as a damage deposit. After your vacation, the cottage will be inspected for cleanliness and damages and clearance from Park security that there are no fines attached to the rental time frame.. If all looks clean and no damages or security fines, the $500 will be refunded.
