Newly updated 2 bedroom + 2 Bathroom cottage located in beautiful Quarry view Village community, with modern décor, high-speed Wi-Fi + Smart TV. (Max 8 people)
– This cottage is located within Sherkston Shores 5-Star Resort, an amazing family getaway with
the kids. Our cottage is always clean and well maintained and is sure to impress.
– At night you can enjoy a campfire and roast some marshmallows.
– Our cottage is air-conditioned/heated.
– There is a full-size kitchen with all the essentials.
– A back deck includes outdoor dining furniture and propane BBQ. A covered front deck with
brand new patio furniture welcomes you to enjoy your coffee or drink while winding down and
enjoying watching beautiful Quarry beach, fireworks!
– Indoors you will feel right at home, with a large smart TV in the Sunroom area, lots of room for
entire family where you don’t bump to each other and an additional powder room in add-a-
room area for convenience and comfort.
– All you need to bring is your food & beverages, toiletries, pillows, blankets, linens, and towels,
and any other personal items deemed necessary to enjoy your stay.
– For rainy days, we have lots of books and board games to entertain you!
Golf Cart:
A golf cart is available to rent – AT AN ADDITIONAL COST – Please message us for details.
A deposit/cancellation fee is required. Renter must sign a golf cart waiver.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the quarry and private beaches on Lake Erie. Restaurants, food trucks, arcade,
rock climbing, paddleboards, canoe rentals, and scuba diving, etc on-site (additional costs), and a well-
stocked convenience store. nondenominational church.
Fireworks every Saturday night in summer, concerts and live entertainment, basketball, pickleball and
tennis courts, skate park, 18-hole mini put.
Bracelets for the water park are available at the front desk for an additional cost, which gives you access
to the water slides, hot tub and heated pools, and splash pad.
Rules:
* Must be over 25+ to rent, No smoking indoors, no parties, or events.
* Available only Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday, or weekly with Monday or Friday check in.
* Only two cars are allowed maximum per stay.

Welcome to our 2-bedroom two, 2-bathroom, cozy family cottage located one-minute walk to Sunset Beach! You can enjoy plenty of comfortable, relaxing space on either the covered front deck or under the newly built back gazebo. The ample lot (which could accommodate four cars) offers a large space for outdoor games and a stone fire pit for a bonfire. Each bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom. The living area (add-room) has two extensible double sofa beds and a loveseat recliner. There are two new AC/heat splits in the living room and kitchen and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Keurig machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. Unlimited private high-speed WiFi and smart TV. Outdoor patio furniture and propane BBQ (one refill included). Beach chairs included. On premises: coin laundromat, variety/grocery store, LCBO, restaurant and food trucks.

- If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, no monies will be refunded, no exceptions.
- All bookings made less than 30 days of the check-in date require the full rental fee before your arrival. The damage deposit of $500.00 is due 7 days before your arrival.
