Fees & Rental Rates
Off-Season (May 15 – May 31 & Sept. 2 – Oct. 24)
one golf cart included – second cart for additional fee:
- Mon–Fri: $750
- Fri–Mon: $650
Peak Season (June 1 – Aug. 31):
- Mon–Fri: $2,100
- Fri–Mon: $1,700
Booking & Policies
- Minimum Age to Rent: 25+
- Golf Cart Drivers: Must be 25+ with a valid drivers license (resort fines apply)
- Guest Registration: Must provide full names to owner at least 30 days before check-in
- Funplex Wristbands: Purchase at guest services
Reservation Terms:
- Reservation/Damage Deposit: $500
- Refundable after inspection if cottage and carts are returned clean and undamaged within 48-72 hours
- Full Rental Payment: Due 30 days prior to occupancy
- Cancellations: Allowed up to 30 days prior to check-in (deposit non-refundable, but date can be rescheduled)
- Check-In: 3:30 PM
- Check-Out: 10:00 AM
