Lifted golf cart included with all rentals. 2 bedrooms sleep 6-8 comfortably
Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, microwave, stainless steel fridge and gas range. Garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and dish soap are provided. Patio furniture and dining table seating for 6, with extra chairs available. Keurig coffee machine, board games, mini hockey sticks, small kid’s bikes and scooters and life jackets.
Covered deck with BBQ, propane included. Private internet service with unlimited wifi and basic cable from Cogeco. Smart TV in the living room. Central AC and heating for the cooler months. Fire pit with Muskoka chairs provided. Lifted 4-seater electric golf cart, included with all rentals.
Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay
Must be 25+ to rent, with proof of valid driver’s licence to operate golf cart No parties! No smoking inside the home! Mattress covers provided. Must bring your own linen, sheets, blankets and pillows.
Minimum 3 nights during the peak season.
To be left as found in an excellent state of repair and reasonably clean, or security deposit will be forfeited.
Waterpark passes are extra and can be purchased online or at the Welcome Centre.

$16.95/ person/ stay registration fee to be added for each guest aged 6 +
$600 security deposit due at time of booking – will be returned within 72 hours of check out upon inspection.
